Cyanide provides access to AI language models via a web interface and API. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You may use Cyanide for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you generate using the service. You agree not to use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract weights from, or redistribute the underlying AI model. You may not resell API access without written authorization.
Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and select cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
Each plan has monthly token limits and daily request limits. Exceeding limits will result in temporary throttling until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify limits with 30 days notice.
Each account receives a unique API key. The API follows the OpenAI chat completions format. API keys should be kept confidential. Compromised keys should be reported immediately for rotation.
AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use. Cyanide is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days.
We may modify these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
